My view that life coaching was not for me changed after meeting Julie Foster she came highly recommended.  Julie is like my conscience talking to me about my ambitions, goals and what steps I have and haven’t taken, how I feel about my achievements and why I haven?t achieved some of them.

I trust Julie implicitly and she makes me feel totally confident about her advice and methodologies.  We talk about what is stopping me from taking some of the actions, this is the important bit, she gathers the info in a very nice way, then comes the all important bit? the kick up the backside? to get on with it. 

Julie has given me the tools which have enabled me to build my confidence and to move my business forward.  Julie's Life Coaching skills have had a great impact on both my business and my family, who see a positive more confident fun person to be around!
