Finding your direction

Finding your direction is my strap line.  Why, because it does what it says on the tin.  That’s how I work with people, help them to find a direction (many people do not have one), get out of the chaos and confusion of indecision and find a path to follow.

The first of my 2012 workshops is built to help people who are thinking about building a business, people who are in business but lack direction and focus, people who think their business is doing OK but could do better and people who are taking a leap of faith to bigger business

If this sounds like you why not join us on 15th February in Southill, Bedfordshire.  See details under ‘events’ or follow the banner to the right of this blog.

Use your internal Sat Nav or continue to feel lost – your choice.

Sticky Floors & Glass Ceilings

This phrase is often used to describe the way in which women are held back in the world of work. However, I know that women can get stuck to floors or find it difficult to breakthrough glass ceilings in any area of life. Traditionally the roles that women take on in life can mean that we feel our options are limited. Look at the cycle below and think what those limitations might be for YOU.

Education - Career choices - Motherhood - Caring for others - Pay rise - Promotion - Business Building - Retirement

Some of these limitations are imposed by society but many are self imposed! The good news is that you can overcome these limitations and learn to FLY! I can, through the coaching programme show you how to challenge the beliefs and perceptions that keep YOU stuck to the floor or under the glass ceiling in your life.

Get unstuck and breakthrough to the success you deserve -
